Löfbergs Appoints Kieran Youngman as New Chief Commercial Officer to Drive International Growth Markets

Swedish-based coffee roaster Löfbergs has appointed Kieran Youngman as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). He will join the company in September and take responsibility for driving commercial growth across Löfbergs’ Business Area West, covering markets such as the UK and Denmark.

With over 20 years of international experience in the FMCG sector, Kieran brings a strong track record of driving brand expansion, market entry, and commercial transformation. He has held senior leadership roles at companies such as Danone, Procter & Gamble, and most recently served as General Manager for the Nordics and Northern Europe at The Livekindly Collective.

“Kieran is a key addition to our growth journey,” says Anders Fredriksson, CEO of Löfbergs. “He brings a rare combination of strategic insight and hands-on leadership experience from both large multinationals and fast-growing companies. His deep understanding of our priority markets and his passion for sustainability make him the right person to lead our international expansion.”
