ASUS today announced F1, a Full HD LED projector equipped with a short-throw, all-glass lens that is able to project a 210-inch image at a distance of 3.7 meters. A cinema-grade projector, it features an autofocus lens and native Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution to deliver a high-quality viewing experience. With an RGB LED light source and 1,200-lumen, 100% NTSC color-space coverage, the F1 projector delivers images that are brighter, sharper and more saturated than conventional projectors.

The F1 projector features several unique design features, including vent holes and speakers that use a metal mesh to deliver more efficient thermal and volume output. It also integrates two 3W stereo speakers and an 8W woofer for 2.1-channel audio and co-developed with Harman Kardon^® audio technology for immersive entertainment experiences and more engaging multimedia presentations.

Vibrant, Full HD projections up to 210 inches

ASUS F1 features 1200-lumen light output, 100% NTSC color-space coverage and Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, enabling it to project bright, vibrant and crisp images for presentations, videos and gaming experiences with incredible visual impact. With short-throw technology, the F1 projector requires as little as 25 inches (0.43m) to project stunning 210-inch (3.7m) images, delivering maximum projection size in minimal space and giving users the flexibility to present or enjoy media anywhere.

Easy setup and use

ASUS F1 makes it quick and easy to enjoy the best image quality. Automatic horizontal and vertical keystone adjustments of up to ±30 degrees correct for trapezoidal distortion that can occur when projecting at an angle. This automatic correction allows the projector to be placed off-center, allowing presenters to stand in front of the screen without blocking the image. Additionally, an autofocus sensor measures the distance between the projector and the screen and adjusts the focus of projected images automatically.

The F1 projector features a two-level, flip-down stand for easy height adjustments. It also comes with a convenient remote control that offers intuitive navigation and operation of the projector's functions.

High-fidelity 2.1-channel audio

Complementing its high-quality visuals, ASUS F1 features two 3W stereo speakers, an 8W subwoofer and embedded Harman Kardon^® audio technology to deliver powerful, high-fidelity 2.1-channel audio for immersive entertainment experiences and more engaging multimedia presentations.
