    Nysnø Climate Investments and Skeie Technology invest in Aqua Robotics

    The Norwegian company Aqua Robotics provides automated and robotic net-washing systems for the aquaculture industry. Nysnø and Skeie Technology are investing around 85 million NOK to contribute to realizing the company's ambitions as a technology provider within fish health, fish welfare and sustainability.

    Nysnø invests in the technology company REEtec. It has developed a new separation technology for environmentally friendly and efficient processing of rare earths elements, used in growth markets within the energy transition. The company is now raising NOK 1.2 billion from LKAB, Nysnø Climate Investments, Mercuria, Techmet and existing shareholders to build a full-scale industrial plant at Herøya.

    Nysnø invests in the newly established Norwegian venture fund Sandwater. The fund will make sustainable, early-stage investments in resource efficiency, health, and climate technology in the Nordics. The fund has so far raised NOK 650 million from investors such as Nysnø, Canica, Lærdal, LGT and Hoegh Capital.
