The rights issue was completed at 3x higher valuation compared to the last rights issue in the summer of 2022. Through the rights issue, the company will receive gross proceeds of totally 15 MSEK.
20NINE and Africa's leading mobile payment provider, headquartered in Nairobi, are partnering to make it easier for African small businesses to get in control and grow by digitalizing their operations with 20NINE. With the agreement the provider's close to 60 million users will get access to 20NINE with start during the spring 2023.
