The winner of the Children’s Climate Prize 2022 is Sparsh from Patna, India for his innovation the Thermal Floater. As this year’s winner he will receive a diploma, medal and prize money of SEK 100.000 from the Children’s Climate Foundation. The jury of Children's Climate Prize has appointed Sparsh, 17 years old from Patna, India, as one of this year's finalists for his invention The Thermal Floater. Sparsh's technology converts thermal energy from the sun into electrical energy, and has huge potential to make a difference globally and mitigate climate change.
Juryn för Children's Climate Prize har utsett Sparsh, 17 år från Patna, Indien till en av årets fem finalister för sin uppfinning The Thermal Floater. Med hjälp av Sparshs teknik omvandlas värmeenergi från solen till elektrisk energi, och hans uppfinning har därför enorm potential att göra skillnad globalt och mildra klimatförändringarna.
The jury has appointed this year's five finalists, all of whom make extraordinary contributions to the environment and climate. This year, the finalists come from the USA, India and Pakistan and one of them will be the winner of the Children's Climate Prize 2022. The winner will be presented in November and will receive a diploma, medal and the prize money of SEK 100,000.

I år kommer finalisterna från USA, Indien och Pakistan och en av dem kommer att stå som vinnare av Children’s Climate Prize 2022.
