The SACC Deloitte Green Award recognizes Swedish green innovation and entrepreneurship

In the Presence of Royalty, Deloitte Sponsored the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce (SACC) Event in New York.

Advancing Swedish entrepreneurship in the U.S. market, Deloitte sponsored the first ever SACC Deloitte Green Award in cooperation with the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce to an innovative and groundbreaking Swedish business. Sponsoring the Chamber's award is a part of Deloitte's commitment to Swedish-American collaboration in the area of innovation for a sustainable future.

"Our experience from contacts with companies in many locations clearly shows that success comes from being able to create different forms of innovative solutions. This is true for the many Swedish companies entering the US market. The SACC Deloitte Green Award acknowledges and supports such dynamic entrepreneurship", says Peter Gustafsson, Partner at Deloitte Sweden and member of the SACC NY board.

The winner, chosen by a jury headed by the U.S. Ambassador to Sweden, Michael M. Wood, will be able to utilize the full expertise of SACC New York Business Services and its network in the establishment process in the U.S. market, including analyzing market potential, helping in legal and regulatory issues, and attracting venture capital. The innovative award winner will receive a tailor made solution valued at $75,000 to help establish itself in the U.S. market.
