Shaking up recruitment business

The last few days i"ve been reading Richard Branson's brilliant book 'Like a Virgin'. One of the secrets to his tremendous success is that he took traditional businesses that no longer work so well and shook them up. He challenged British Airways and made Virgin Airlines a success and now he is challenging the traditional banking system. I simply love that guy!

It would be interesting to see what he could do with the recruitment business since it is obviously not working so well. The total costs of hiring the wrong persons is tremendous and we keep on. The reason, in my opinion, is our distinct focus on CV, history and experience that is no longer relevant. The world is changing, the CV is not and soft skills have become hard skills. There is a completely new document available that proves to be effective and represents the things that the employers are actually looking for today.
