Press release -

FANUC Nordic invites you to an Open House 7th of March in Malmö

There are undeniably many exciting things happening at FANUC, both globally and locally. In 2023, FANUC delivered its millionth robot, presented a more modern control system, signed a significant cooperation agreement with Volvo Cars and released a larger and more powerful ROBODRILL on the market.

With global presence and roots in Japan, FANUC has been delivering industrial automation since the 1950s. FANUC Nordic is based at its head office in Malmö and operates in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and the Baltic States.

- Our Nordic company has grown quite rapidly in recent years, and both the organization and our new head office with a large exhibition hall are starting to find their shape, says Cerold Andersson, Managing Director at FANUC Nordic.

Something else that has grown a lot in recent years is the demand for collaborative robots – cobots – that easily and safely interact with humans, while at the same time streamlining production. In many cases, these cobots are a first step into automation for smaller companies.

- The collaborative robots are easy to both program and collaborate with – both for humans and other robots or machines. We will show several examples of this in our exhibition. We and some of our partners will also offer both seminars and demonstrations of several exciting news, continues Cerold Andersson.

Welcome to our Open House on March 7th at 09.00-16.00. Take the opportunity to be inspired by how our robots, control systems and machines work in real life and listen to the latest news from the industry.

Welcome!

Cerold Andersson, Managing Director FANUC Nordic
