FANUC launches a new and stronger ROBODRILL

Meet the best BT30 vertical machining center in the industry - ROBODRILL α-D28LiB5adv Plus Y500- which in this new version has a increased table size and a longer Y-axis stroke of 500 mm compared to 400 mm on previous models. The extended tool capacity now handles 28 tools, which it can change in record time in 0.7 sec. The Z-axis now has an acceleration of 2.2G and a fast feed of 60m/min.

ROBODRILL stands out with a high precision and surface accuracy, easy to automate and as one of the fastest machines on the market.

"It is with great pleasure that we can present this unbeatable vertical machining center to our customers. We have seen an increased need for more possibilities with our ROBODRILLs and together with a FANUC Robot for machine tending, you can achieve both time- and cost-effective production. This is the best ROBODRILL we have done", says FANUC Nordic's Managing Director Cerold Andersson.
