Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Zengun's issue of secured corporate bonds and early redemption of outstanding bonds

Gernandt & Danielsson advises in connection with Zengun Group AB's (publ) (“Zengun") issue of secured bonds in a total amount of SEK 750 million within a framework of SEK 1,500 million. Zengun will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm. Gernandt & Danielsson also advises in Zengun's early redemption under its outstanding bonds 2024/2028. ABG Sundal Collier AB and DNB Carnegie Investment Bank (publ) acted as joint bookrunners in relation to the bond issue.

Gernandt & Danielsson advises the joint bookrunners with a team consisting of partners Mikael Borg and Mikael Bolling, senior associate Jakob Forsell and associate Einar Brunsberg.
