Gernandt & Danielsson has advised in Transcom’s exchange offer, issue of senior secured notes of EUR 322,320,000 and establishment of an EUR 75,000,000 additional facility under an existing credit facilities agreement
Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Transcom Holding AB (publ) (“Transcom”) in its exchange offer which exchanged the majority of Transcom's existing senior secured notes in a total outstanding amount of EUR 380,000,000 for new senior secured notes in a total outstanding amount of EUR 322,320,000 due 2030.
Gernandt & Danielsson also advised Transcom in its establishment of an EUR 75,000,000 additional facility under an existing revolving credit facilities agreement, which was used to refinance the existing facilities under the revolving credit facilities agreement.
Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Transcom with a team consisting of partners Mikael Borg and Sofie Viktorsson, senior associate Alexander Thörnberg and associate Viktor Lundberg.
