This year, the Degree Exhibition is curated by Emily Fahlén and Asrin Haidari whose method is to dig where they stand and, through dialogue with the surrounding context, understand the site's specific relationships, historical connections, conflicts and opportunities.

Before Sharon Hayes’ solo exhibition at Moderna Museet opens on April 12th she will come to Konstfack and give an open lecture Wednesday 10 April, 5.30 pm. Hayes has had solo exhibitions and performances around the world and got the special jury prize at the 55th Venice Biennale (2013), amongst many others. Welcome!

Welcome to Bagni Misteriosi and our proposals for urban diversity and to the Triennale's exhibition Broken nature. Every space has a different need and to create a more diverse public environment we explore the diversity of outdoor spaces, investigating materials, the sculptural aspect of furniture, and the intersection between public and private.
Borders are everywhere. Yet, not all of them are seen and sensed as borders for many. They are designed to be more visible and more violent for certain bodies on the move. This lecture brings forward different instances of how borders operate through material, visual and technical practices and how they can be possibly dismantled through the same capacity of design. Welcome to the Italian Institute of Culture in Stockholm where Vasco Forconi, student at CuratorLab at Konstfack, will curate a series of exhibitions entitled Shoegaze. The project is divided in four chapters running throughout 2019 and will show Sweden and Italy-based artists interact with the building designed by iconic architecht Gio Ponti.

Lisa Grip´s body of work reflects on intimacy, force and release within human relationships. Through photography and moving image, she displays complex and intricate scenarios, oscillating between the secretive and the voyeuristic. In situations she composes, people close to her are dissolving into and detaching from one another. She calls this untwinement.
Du kommer att se något skimrande. I slutet av en korridor. Den byter namn allteftersom. Den kan vara vår babe, vår skog, vår värld, något på sidan av, något vi vill ha, något vi känner och som känner oss. Jag har skapat ett rum där. Du får gärna komma in. Krypa igenom. Rummet vill aktiveras.
