Les Mills Nordic crowns the SUPERSTAR of 2024 in instructor competition

Saturday afternoon Les Mills Nordic hosted a thrilling grand finale in the instructor competition, LES MILLS SUPERSTAR. Inspired by talent shows such as Idols, Les Mills has hosted auditions in various cities around the Nordic region from Stockholm, Copenhagen, Warsaw to Helsinki.

The competition, which attracted over 500 applications, showcased the immense talent among instructors. After a rigorous selection process, 18 finalists competed for the title of being the SUPERSTAR of 2024.

The top three are as follows:

  1. Adam Wadhwa from Poland teaching in Zdrofit, presenting BODYCOMBAT
  2. Teresia Björkqvist from Sweden teaching in STC, presenting BODYBALANCE
  3. Oscari Meller from Finland teaching in MyFitness in Estonia, presenting BODYJAM

The grand finale was a culmination of talent, dedication and passion for group fitness. Each finalist delivered exceptional performances that impressed both judges and audiences.

“The SUPERSTAR competition is a way of highlighting our instructors. We have so many talented instructors, and this them a way of developing, getting feedback but also being seen, creating career opportunities. Most of all, SUPERSTAR unites us, bringing us all together to feel the group fitness love” says Lena Holberg, CEO of Les Mills Nordic and the creator of the SUPERSTAR concept.

In addition to the honor of being crowned the SUPERSTAR of 2024, the winner receives an array of exciting prizes:
