Liseberg top 10 best workplace in Sweden

Liseberg was awarded as Sweden's tenth best workplace amongst big organizations at the Great Place to Work Gala on March 26^th in Stockholm.

‘It's the first time Liseberg gets into the top ten list, and we are incredibly proud and happy to be ranked so high," says Liseberg CEO Andreas Andersen.

In addition to representatives of corporate management, three Liseberg employees participated in the gala, nominated by their colleagues for their contribution in Liseberg’s journey towards becoming one of Sweden’s best workplaces.

‘It's amazing to share such a moment with some of our colleagues who work so hard every day to make Liseberg a better place, for both guests and employees,’ says Chatri Wihma, Head of HR at Liseberg.

The tenth ranking means that Liseberg climbed two placements compared to the previous year in the Large Companies category, ie companies with more than 250 employees. At the top positions, most private consultancy companies were found.

‘As Liseberg is publicly owned, we don’t have the same economic muscles as, for example, an IT company to offer an ambitious compensation and benefits programme. The fact that we’re still in the game, despite much less resources, is fantastic,’ says Andreas Andersen.

Great Place to Work is a global evaluation tool used in more than 50 countries worldwide. This makes it the world's largest workplace study of its kind. It is three years since Liseberg first joined Great Place to Work.
