Omniarch supported NELLY's shift to a Composable E-commerce platform

Omniarch, a leader in digital commerce consultancy, played a key role in supporting NELLY and NLY Man’s transition to a modern, composable e-commerce platform in the spring of 2024.

Acting as Product Owner for both web and app applications within the e-commerce component, Omniarch provided crucial expertise throughout the migration to the Brink Commerce platform, collaborating with the broader teams responsible for this digital transformation.

NELLY’s move to a composable architecture enables the company to break free from the limitations of monolithic systems. This new modular approach also creates opportunities for integrating specialized tools, allowing NELLY to quickly adapt to changing customer and business needs.

Omniarch’s Strategic Role

At the center of this transition was Jenny Unell Chammas, who served as Product Owner for NELLY’s e-commerce platform on behalf of Omniarch. Drawing on her experience, Jenny provided key insights into e-commerce strategies and led the alignment of each phase with NELLY’s business objectives. From procurement through to implementation, she drove the process forward, ensuring the platform delivered while prioritizing tasks across various stakeholders.

This project reflects Omniarch’s approach - more than just consulting, we focus on sharing knowledge and empowering clients to thrive independently. We worked closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to the creation of a cohesive, scalable solution for Nelly.

Change Management and Integration

With eight different tech stacks to integrate into one, the project demanded significant change management efforts. Omniarch worked closely with NELLY’s internal teams to prioritize key features and onboard the new e-commerce systems, fostering collaboration across the tech stacks to ensure compatibility and smooth operation.

Post-launch, Jenny Unell Chammas, assigned as Product Owner at NELLY by Omniarch, continued to work with the team to ensure a smooth transition and help optimize the systems for long-term success:
