Open welcomes bright new creative talent
On these dark November days, we’re delighted to welcome two students from The Stockholm School of Photography (Fotoskolan STHLM) who are joining our creative team for a month. Bright, talented and ambitious, they will be sharpening their skills in film and photography alongside our senior team.
“It’s a great opportunity to spend time at Open and see how things work in real life,” says Moa Andreasson (left), an entrepreneurial creative with a lot of ideas who dreams of one day opening her own creative collective. “I’m an idea person with a need to express myself, so being in a creative environment like this is just perfect for me.”
Her creative colleague, Beatrice Jakobsson (right), who also has big plans for the future, says she’s been taking photos from an early age and appreciates meeting some of the photographers, filmmakers and agents Open works with on various projects. “We live in a visual world and I’ve always dreamed of being a photographer,” she says.
Neither Moa nor Beatrice are from Stockholm, so they’re getting used to the fast pace of life in the capital city and appreciate the calm professionalism at Open.
“We’re delighted to have such promising new talents joining our creative team,” says David Gray, Creative Director at Open. “We may end up learning more from them than the other way around.”
