Panattoni, one of Europe’s largest developers of modern logistics properties, celebrated the completion of the roof on its first logistics facility in Gothenburg yesterday. The 14,300 sqm property, located in Landvetter, marked the milestone with a topping-out ceremony.
Panattoni, one of Europe’s leading developers of logistics properties, has successfully completed its first lease in Landvetter, just outside Gothenburg. This first lease on the Swedish market marks an important milestone for the company since its establishment in 2021. The tenant will move into the state-of-the-art logistics property Panattoni Park Landvetter as it is completed in Q1 2025.
In 2023, Panattoni acquired a real estate property in Landvetter, just outside Gothenburg. Now it is time to commence building a city-near logistics and industrial property with direct access to Route 40 and near Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport and the Port of Gothenburg.
Since Panattoni established on the Swedish market two years ago, things have progressed quickly. In 2023, after a smooth construction process, the first facility in Enköping was completed, while the company has another 172,000 square meters in production after establishing locations in strategic locations around the country. The property totals 46,000 square meters and is located in Åstorp, just outside the city of Helsingborg. Yesterday, the success of the project was celebrated with a topping-out ceremony attended by partners and potential tenants.
