Det ledande teknikföretaget Qamcom har i dagarna öppnat ett nytt kontor kallat, Qamcom Anywhere. Ett fjärrkontor för personer som vill jobba 100% på distans med det egna hemmet som bas. Kontorskonceptet kommer drivas på samma sätt som Qamcoms övriga fysiska kontor, med skillnaden att det inte är fysiskt.
The leading technology company Qamcom has recently opened a new office called, Qamcom Anywhere. A non-physical office for people who wants to work 100% remote. The office will operate in the same way as Qamcom’s physical offices, with the difference that it’s not physical.
Qamcom has taken the final step towards a fully flat organization and removed the only remaining hierarchical position in the company, that of the CEO. The new operational structure will allow for a more creative, agile and responsive approach to Qamcom’s customers’ needs.
Qamcom har tagit det sista steget mot en helt platt organisationsstruktur genom att plocka bort den sista hierarkiska positionen i bolaget, det vill säga VD:n. Ledarskapet är istället utspritt i organisationen vilket ger medarbetarna möjlighet att agera efter eget omdöme och med stöd av varandra.
