  • Revelop launches four new C/O Workspace facilities in 2025

    Following the announcement of a new establishment in Tyresö earlier this year, Revelop is now launching three additional facilities in Stockholm, Helsingborg, and Malmö. The co-working concept C/O Workspace continues to grow as a result of the high demand for flexible offices in residential areas. By the end of the year, a total of eight facilities are expected to be ready.

Revelop has high conviction in Uppsala, one of Sweden’s fastest-growing municipalities. The asset was acquired from Prisma Properties.

  • Revelop enters the expansive Liljeholmen sub-market with latest acquisition

    Revelop has acquired Stora Katrineberg 8, located in Liljeholmen, adjacent to central Stockholm. The asset comprises approximately 4,000 sqm of lettable area, with additional repositioning potential supported by a flexible zoning plan. As part of Revelop’s value-add strategy, Revelop will establish its flex office concept, “C/O WORKSPACE”, creating a new offering to the sub-market.

    Swedish real estate investor Revelop has acquired a portfolio of three social infrastructure assets in local district centres across Greater Stockholm. The assets, totalling approximately 8,000 square metres of lettable area, are primarily leased to healthcare services. The seller is Hemsö.

  • Revelop expands its Öresund portfolio with social infrastructure asset in Malmö

    Revelop has completed the acquisition of Vildanden 8 - a social infrastructure asset with approximately 8,000 square meters of leasable area located in Limhamn, one of Malmö’s fastest-growing districts. The asset represents a strategic add-on acquisition to Revelop’s existing portfolio in the Öresund region.
