Revelop has entered into a fifteen-year lease agreement with Gothenburg Technical College (Göteborgs Tekniska College) in Sörred on Hisingen, Gothenburg. The agreement represents a new letting under which Revelop will transform 3,000 square meters of office space into modern, tenant-tailored educational facilities.
Revelop has acquired a social infrastructure asset located in the community center of Tullinge, adjacent to the local commuter train station, in Botkyrka Municipality in southern Greater Stockholm. The asset is strategically located in close proximity to Flemingsberg - one of southern Stockholm’s largest and most dynamic development areas, with multiple public transport connections.

Revelop, that invests in real estate with untapped potential, is activating vacant space in the execution of a five-year lease agreement with Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence Nordic for 1,330 square meters in the asset Generatorn 6, strategically located in Mölndal, greater Gothenburg.
Following the announcement of a new establishment in Tyresö earlier this year, Revelop is now launching three additional facilities in Stockholm, Helsingborg, and Malmö. The co-working concept C/O Workspace continues to grow as a result of the high demand for flexible offices in residential areas. By the end of the year, a total of eight facilities are expected to be ready.

Revelop has closed a SEK 163 million acquisition of a 12,000 square meter industrial asset located in Kungsängen, a dynamic Uppsala submarket next to the city centre. Revelop has high conviction in Uppsala, one of Sweden’s fastest-growing municipalities. The asset was acquired from Prisma Properties.
Revelop has acquired Stora Katrineberg 8, located in Liljeholmen, adjacent to central Stockholm. The asset comprises approximately 4,000 sqm of lettable area, with additional repositioning potential supported by a flexible zoning plan. As part of Revelop’s value-add strategy, Revelop will establish its flex office concept, “C/O WORKSPACE”, creating a new offering to the sub-market.
