Revelop acquires social infrastructure asset in fast-growing Stockholm submarket

Stockholm, December 18, 2025 - Revelop has acquired a social infrastructure asset located in the community center of Tullinge, adjacent to the local commuter train station, in Botkyrka Municipality in southern Greater Stockholm. The asset is strategically located in close proximity to Flemingsberg - one of southern Stockholm’s largest and most dynamic development areas, with multiple public transport connections.

More than 80% of the rental income is generated by municipal and publicly funded tenants, including a healthcare center, dental clinic, education services and a pharmacy.

The well-established healthcare center is also one of the largest in the municipality in terms of registered patients. The property comprises approximately 8,600 sqm of lettable area and currently has an economic occupancy rate of 92%.

The Tullinge submarket is undergoing a strong growth phase, supported by substantial residential investments and significant infrastructure development. At the same time, Flemingsberg is being transformed into a growing hub for education, research and life science.

The area is expected to deliver approximately 5,000 new homes and around 35,000 new workplaces, which is anticipated to further strengthen the asset’s long-term competitiveness.

Revelop is pursuing an active asset management strategy aimed at creating a modern and sustainable social infrastructure asset that meets the long-term needs of the local community. Key focus areas include tenant adaptations, technical upgrades and ESG-driven improvements. Planned sustainability initiatives include health-promoting environments, BREEAM In-Use certification, and green lease agreements.

Central Tullinge has been earmarked for further densification by Botkyrka Municipality through an adopted planning program enabling approximately 1,600 new residential units. Revelop intends to continue the ongoing detailed development plan process to assess the potential for creating building rights for residential and elderly care.
