Revelop expands social infrastructure portfolio with Malmö acquisition

Malmö, August 27 2026 – Revelop has acquired Malmen 12, a social infrastructure asset in central Malmö, located close to Triangeln station and Malmö General Hospital, The acquisition strengthens Revelop’s social infrastructure portfolio and further expands its presence in one of the Öresund region’s most important urban hubs.

Malmen 12 comprises approximately 7,500 sqm of lettable area with almost the entire rental income generated by government backed operators. The asset is located in Möllevången, close to Triangeln and Malmö Hospital (part of Skåne University Hospital), in an area characterized by a high concentration of healthcare, public and other urban services.

The acquisition is aligned with Revelop’s thematic investment focus on social infrastructure and combines strong existing cash flow with clear potential for active value creation. Revelop’s business plan is centered around significantly modernizing the building and its premises including improving the building’s energy and environmental performance. The asset is already configured for care-related uses, creating further opportunities to develop it into a modern and sustainable social infrastructure asset.

Malmen 12 is Revelop’s second social infrastructure acquisition in central Malmö in short order, following the acquisition of Klerken 4, close to Triangeln station, in June. Together, the investments strengthen Revelop’s presence in an area characterized by strong public-sector demand, excellent connectivity, and continued urban development.
