Stockholms filmfestival välkomnar er till presskonferens, onsdagen den 11:e oktober, då bland annat årets festivalprogram kommer att presenteras! Under presskonferensen kommer årets Spotlight, Skyshowtime Rising Star Award-nominerade och de nominerade till 1km film, med mera att tillkännages.

Press accreditation for Journalists and Photographers is now open. This year's Stockholm International Film Festival is scheduled to take place from November 8 to 19, featuring 130 films from over 60 countries in cinemas.

The British Director Ken Loach Receives Stockholm Lifetime Achievement Award 2023
The legendary preeminent auteur of politically engaged social realism Ken Loach is now honored with the Stockholm Lifetime Achievement Award 2023 and will receive a prestigious prize, the Stockholm International Film Festival 7.3-kilogram Bronze Horse. Mr Loach will participate in an exclusive Face2Face at Skandia Theatre, November 9th.

Stockholm International Film Festival reveals the jury for Nikon Short Film Award
This year's theme for the Nikon Short Film Award is "Ready. Action!" The new jury for the 2023 Nikon Short Film Award, is led by Swedish Hollywood director Daniel Espinosa (Easy Money, Safe House, Life), who together with Rising Star-winning actress Sara Shirpey and actress and director Bahar Pars, will form the official jury.

Nikon Short Film Award 2023's jury. Juryordförande är svenska Hollywood-regissören Daniel Espinosa (Snabba Cash, Safe House, Life), som tillsammans med Rising Star-vinnande skådespelerskan Sara Shirpey samt skådespelerskan och regissören Bahar Pars utgör årets officiella jury. Priset instiftades 2022 för filmkreatörer runtom i Europa. Resulterade i 200 ansökningar.
