Stockholms internationella filmfestival är tillbaka och kan stolt presentera Världens kortaste kortfilmspris, ett filmpris för filmer som är max 30 sekunder långa. Festivalen vill sprida filmglädje och uppmanar därför publiken att inte bara besöka biograferna, utan också att skapa film. Det vinnande bidraget kommer bland annat att visas på årets festival.
