The Customer Experience Center: Why Our Team Were Our First Guests

Before opening the doors of our Customer Experience Center to our partners and customers, we opened them to our own people.

The Customer Experience Center (CXC) is an immersive environment designed to deliver customizable evaluation, collaboration and technology verification experiences. Located at our global headquarters in the UK, the CXC represents a decisive step forward in how Adder supports the evaluation and buying process by offering a dedicated space where solutions can be explored, tested and experienced first-hand.

From the initial planning stages of the CXC, one thing was absolutely essential: our people needed to experience this new space first.

Why We Launched Internally

From the outset, we were committed to introducing the CXC to our employees before anyone else. The CXC is a new step for Adder and we need to bring our colleagues alongside it to deliver memorable and impactful experiences to customers and partners that we can be proud of.

As a global business, this launch extended beyond headquarters and it was about introducing the concept and intention behind the CXC to our colleagues across every region. The CXC was launched simultaneously to our global teams by our CEO and our Vice President of EMEA Sales, ensuring alignment around the vision and purpose of the space.

The In-Person Experience

Employees based at our global headquarters attended an in-person launch event, where our CEO formally marked the opening with a speech and a ribbon cutting ceremony. Following this, colleagues stepped into the CXC for the first time, where they were also invited to watch a video of the build and enjoy some launch cakes.

This event provided an opportunity not only to showcase the space but to reinforce the strategic thinking behind it and Adder’s commitment to our people, partners and customers.

Building Understanding Across the Business

The internal launch has since been supported by dedicated induction sessions for colleagues globally to sample the CXC as Adder’s ‘First Customers’. All teams have been invited to explore the CXC, understand how it can be used, gain insight into the intention and design of the space, and have the opportunity to have questions answered by the project team.

By ensuring our people are confident in the purpose and potential of the CXC, we are well positioned to welcome partners and customers into the space, delivering immersive experiences that IP KVM is designed to provide.

Ready to Welcome the World

Launching the CXC internally first was a deliberate decision. By aligning our people around the purpose and potential of the space, we have laid the foundations for immersive future visits.

This significant milestone comes at an important moment following Adder’s transition to employee-ownership. As an employee-owned business, every experience we create reflects the collective responsibility and commitment of our people. The CXC represents this as a space built not only to showcase our technology but to demonstrate the expertise and collaboration that defines how we work.

This launch represents more than just opening a space to demonstrate product. It reflects Adder’s new chapter as an employee-owned business with a dedicated focus on delivering meaningful experiences through the customer journey.
