QQ reveal the statistics that will boost recruitment retention and save thousands.

QQ is urging small businesses to evaluate their recruitment strategies as research shows thousands of dollars are wasted on inefficient tactics that neither secure or retain top talent.

As an established sales and marketing firm offering outsourcing solutions to brands big and small, QQ's established team of contractors has allowed the firm to experience rapid growth over the last 12 months.

In a recent interview, a spokesperson for the firm announced that recruitment strategies had been carefully set out surrounding current trends and extensive experience in the market. “Here at QQ we look to step outside the box when offering new openings with our firm; recruitment data is analysed frequently ensuring budgets are allocated effectively, and current trends analysed to ensure the customer experience is optimised.”

QQ was recently astonished by statistics, which shaped this quarters recruitment strategy, seeing a boost in retention and quality of contractors brought on board:

1. In a poll conducted by Glassdoor they found five things job seekers consider before accepting a job offer ranking from highest to lowest importance “1) salary and compensation, 2) career growth opportunities, 3) work-life balance, 4) location/commute, and 5) company culture and values.”

2. 62 percent of sales professionals consider OTE and commisions as a determining factor on whether they see a long-term career with a firm.

3. Company values and culture are used to determine where their career path starts. 86 percent of job seekers in their first ten years of their careers will use social media in their job search.

4. Mobile platforms account for 45 percent of job searches each day, with 54 percent using their mobile devices to search for company reviews and salary research.

5. Millenials rank the top three factors on accepting a job offer as 1) growth opportunities, 2) retirement benefits, and 3) work culture.

6. “46 percent of Millennials left their last job due to lack of career growth” according to a survey completed by Glassdoor.

7. Companies with a strong positive reputation are 84 percent likely to be successful at headhunting than those with negative reviews.

QQ are bracing themselves for a successful graduate season, promoting their culture, values, and development opportunities are at the top of the firm's agenda.
