Bath, Book, Bed – the solution to sleepless nights

Parents are being encouraged to use stories as a way to settle their children aged 0-4 at the end of each day.

Bury libraries are supporting the national BookTrust campaign Bath, Book, Bed which runs during the week starting 9 April.

Families can pick up a free ‘top tips’ booklet featuring advice from Jo Frost and Daddy Pig from any library in Bury; alternatively, download a copy from https://www.booktrust.org.uk/supporting-you/families/bath-book-bed/#!?sortOption=MostRecent&pageNo=1
