Coming on leaps and bounds - latest news about Radcliffe Regeneration

Latest details of the multi-million-pound regeneration of Radcliffe town centre are being delivered to every home in the town.

Residents are urged to read the new edition of Investing in Radcliffe News, which has all the latest information about what’s coming, and when.

Councillor Eamonn O’Brien, leader of Bury Council, said: “Our ambitious plans for Radcliffe are beginning to fall into place for all to see, evidencing the real progress being made towards bringing new services, homes and facilities into the heart of the town.

“At Stand Lane, Radcliffe Library has relocated to the upper floor, ready for construction of the new Enterprise Centre which will offer flexible working space, meeting rooms and business support services.

“In the town centre, the Radcliffe Hub project has come on leaps and bounds with much of the structural work already well progressed.

“Star Radcliffe Academy welcomed its first group of 160 pupils in September.

“Housing regeneration is coming on too, with schemes for new homes either already under construction, about to start or in the planning.”

The leaflet also highlights work to improve travel, create safer communities and value the hard work that Radcliffe volunteers do.
