Free first aid course at Topping Fold Library

A free first aid session is being offered to residents of Bury East at Topping Fold Community Centre and Library.

Visitors will be taught how to deal with first aid incidents, unconscious casualties, cardio-pulmonary
resuscitation, choking, bleeding, shock and minor injuries.

The session is on Monday 7 July (9.30am to 4.30pm) and has been made possible by funding from the Community Learning grant. Please note: due to funding criteria, anyone who has attended the recent car maintenance or food safety courses at the library is not eligible to attend this course.

This is an accredited course, and those who successfully complete it will gain a Level 2 award in First Aid Certificate from CIEH.
