Help to shape priorities in Bury East

Bury East residents are invited to attend the latest Township Forum meeting which is on Thursday 19 September.

Top of the agenda is the Draft Local Flood Risk Management Strategy, which aims to raise awareness of flood risks and how best to manage them.

There will also be updates from the police and on the local Township Plan, which sets out the area’s priorities on a wide range of local issues.

The meeting takes place at the Jinnah Centre, Alfred Street, Bury and starts at 7pm. The usual open forum and public question time will be on the agenda in the second half of the meeting.
