Huge range of stalls at new Prestwich Artisan Market

Visitors to Prestwich’s new artisan market will find a huge range of stalls awaiting them.

A new initiative between Bury Venuesand Village Greens Community Co-op, the first market will take place on Sunday 26 February in the heart of Prestwich Village.

No fewer than 31 traders will be inside the Longfield Suite, displaying crafts, art and illustration, clothes, food, horticulture, jewellery, cards and stationery.

Outside, around the fountain water feature, seven street traders will be serving up tasty treats: from salt beef bagels to gourmet hot dogs, Belgian waffles to Neapolitan pizza, real ale to organic soft drinks.
