Is this a book token I see before me?

The 400th anniversary of Shakespeare’s death proved a memorable date for Tottington woman Audry Coop.

She won a competition held by Bury Library Service by correctly answering five questions involving props which feature in the Bard’s most famous plays.

There were many entries submitted at libraries across the borough, and Mrs Coop’s entry was drawn out first, which meant she won a £30 National Book Token.

For more information on Shakespeare 400 month, visit the libraries’ reader development blog www.libraryreaderblog.wordpress.com or visit the Bury Libraries Facebook page.
