Ladies can get Meta-fit at the library

Women and girls (over 14) are invited to Metafit sessions which are held at Topping Fold Community Centre and Library.

Metafit aims to burn fat by changing the resting metabolism, working big muscle groups with simple unchoreographed, high intensity intervals to get quick results.

The sessions cost £1 each and take place every Saturday from 10.15am to 11am.
