Radcliffe First World War soldiers remembered at library

Radcliffe Library is holding a drop-in day when residents can find out about local soldiers who fought and died in the First World War.

The event, on Friday 14 November, will also have information on those who survived the conflict. Visitors can also make a start on their family tree using the library’s free access to the Ancestry website, with help from library volunteers.

The drop-in day runs from 10am to 4pm. For more details, call Julie Taylor on 0161 253 7160 or email Radcliffe.lib@bury.gov.uk
