The City of Malmö trains HR-personnel in Coaching Supervision

Two districts in the City of Malmö will in December initiate a project for their HR-personnel. The main objective of the project is to train the HR-personnel in Coaching Supervision and it will run for about six months.

Malmö is the third biggest city in Sweden and now the two districts will train all of their HR-personnel in Professional Coaching and mostly in Coaching Supervision, since this method is very well suited for persons working in the human resources field.
