Rail Minister Claire Perry MP, Hitachi Rail Europe Ltd, Hitachi Transport and shipping company Wallenius Wilhelmsen today celebrated the arrival of the first pre-series Class 800 train for the Intercity Express Programme (IEP) at the Port of Southampton, UK.
