Press release -

Finnish Consumers have high awareness of corporate responsibility

The 2nd trend from Sustainable Brand Index™ 2015 has been released. The data shows that consumers in Finland have a higher level of awareness when it comes to the environmental- and social responsibility taken by companies than their nordic neighbors. In the chart you can see an aggregation of questions regarding how aware consumers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland are of the environmental and social responsibility taken by companies. In Sweden, Norway and Denmark the levels of awareness are quite similar while in Finland the awareness is noticeably higher. However, this is mainly due to the fact that Finns have stronger opinions and are more confident about their own knowledge. In the end, they are yet to enter an age of enlightenment where they start to question companies more.

On the 23rd of March Sustainable Brand Index™ 2015 will be released at an award ceremony in Stockholm.
