Sälen, SkiStar’s flagship resort, has been named Sweden’s Best Ski Resort at the prestigious World Ski Awards in Kitsbühel. Sälen’s Hotel Bügelhof won Sweden’s Best Ski Hotel while the ever-popular Radisson Blu Resort in the SkiStar resort of Trysil was declared Norway’s Best Ski Hotel.

The Ski Club of Great Britain has publicised its seventh annual national survey looking into the habits and future plans of the UK’s snowsport community. The survey results were delivered at a presentation on Thursday 10th Octoberin London before the findings being made public to all those interested in the current trends.
We have yet another excellent financial year to look back on. Compared with the previous year, it is worth noting that last year’s weather conditions were fantastic, enabling us to increase the number of skier days by a massive 7.5 percent.
