STAMMA launches new Advocacy Service

STAMMA launched their new Advocacy Service, supporting people who stammer take effective action in the face of discrimination. The service can be accessed via a form on the website, and will provide expert information and assistance to users in engaging with the complaints process. In cases where it is appropriate, the Advocacy Service can also provide legal guidance.

Kirsten Howells, Deputy CEO of STAMMA, says "We're thrilled to launch STAMMA's new Advocacy Service! From now on, if you're treated poorly or unfairly because you stammer, we'll be able to help you challenge these incidents. Together we can help make the world a better place for people who stammer."
