Clarion Hotel Sign and Bernadotte & Kylberg Launch Stratum Suites Clarion Hotel Sign
With a Swedish-made furniture collection designed exclusively for the hotel.
Stratum Suites is opening on the top floor of Clarion Hotel Sign: three new signature suites created in close collaboration between the hotel and Bernadotte & Kylberg. The result is interiors where every detail has been carefully crafted and where the focus on Swedish design and craftsmanship deepens the hotel's design identity.
Clarion Hotel Sign, designed by Gert Wingårdh, has been a hub for Nordic design since it opened. Stratum Suites now adds a new dimension.

The outer edge of the suites is a beautiful but functionally challenging space. In Stratum Suites, Bernadotte & Kylberg has turned this architectural challenge into a strength. Through exclusively designed furniture and a precisely adapted room structure, the edge has been transformed into one of the suites' most sought-after places: a workspace with a panoramic view of Stockholm.
Stratum Collection – a furniture series developed and produced in Sweden
The launch of Stratum Suites coincides with the premiere of Stratum Collection, a furniture series designed by Bernadotte & Kylberg exclusively for the project. The collection includes a sofa, armchair, coffee table, desk, and chair, all produced in Sweden with a focus on materiality, precision, and long-term sustainability.
"We took our cue from the location and the distinctive architecture of the Clarion Hotel Sign. The goal was to create something that feels natural here—functional, harmonious, and respectful of the outstanding view," says Oscar Kylberg, CEO of Bernadotte & Kylberg.
The suites have been designed with the location as their starting point. The triangular shape of the building has inspired the layout of the rooms and the structure of the furniture, while chrome details capture and reflect the city skyline outside the windows.
Reservations
Stratum Suites will open for reservations on December 4, 2025, welcoming guests seeking a refined, thoughtful, and inspiring stay—whether for work, relaxation, or a moment of special significance.
