Rail passengers are advised not to travel today (Tuesday 19 July) on services heading in and out of London from the north as a result of the extreme temperatures.
London Northwestern Railway passengers are urged not to travel unless their journey is essential on Tuesday 19 July due to the Met Office red weather warning.
London Northwestern Railway is making temporary changes to its timetables from Saturday (24 July).The train operator says the changes are necessary due to Covid 19 and the ongoing impact of ‘Test and Trace’ notifications causing trains to be cancelled at short notice.
