    St. Olav's Ways in Norway are the world's northernmost pilgrimage paths and are hikes with a deeper meaning.     In the week leading into the Super Bowl and during the big event, General Motors has run ads showing American actor Will Ferrell apparently "hating" Norway with all the Olafs, vikings, mackerel, skiing and year-round sweater weather.
