2017 marks the 150th anniversary of Norway’s most famous play – Henrik Ibsen’s Peer Gynt. To celebrate the anniversary, four young Norwegian artists were invited to make their own versions of the original compositions Edvard Grieg wrote for the play. This summer four sheep are roaming Norway, from the iconic Pulpit Rock in the west to the idyllic Lofoten Islands in the north. As part of a Visit Norway social media campaign they are showcasing Norwegian life and nature through their own cameras and a joint Instagram account, and two weeks into the campaign a whopping 3,1 million have been reached in the UK alone.

Forget about dancing with wolves, at Polar Park in Northern Norway it is all about spending the night with them. This December the first guests spent the night in a cabin located inside a wolf enclosure, spending the evening in front of the fireplace before stepping out for a wolf kiss the following morning.
