Black Week 2025 delivered — and so did our customers

Black Week continues to be the most important shopping period of the year for many retailers — and for the Voyado suite, it’s the ultimate test of stability, speed, and scalability. This year was no exception.

From 24 November to 1 December, including Cyber Monday, Voyado saw record levels of activity across its entire product suite. Months of preparation from teams across Voyado ensured the technology was ready to handle the demand, and the results show just how much happened during those eight days.

Behind these numbers is a huge cross-functional effort — engineering, product, operations, support, customer teams, and many others who have worked for months to ensure that everything runs smoothly when the stakes are highest.
