Rizzo, who will share her knowledge on women’s health and the scientific evidence that led to the development of specific Omega-3 recommendations for women.
The webinar will take a deep dive into the functional role of PUFA, in particular Omega-3, in women’s bodies’ physiological and pathological states. From index to cellular ratio, our hosts and guest will dig into the research and share the huge leap scientists have taken on this pioneering journey.

Dr. Rizzo has been a member of the Zinzino Scientific Advisory Board for many years now. She is an expert in the biochemistry of lipids and a Professor of Biochemistry at the University of Milan. Her numerous publications include the Journal of the American College of Nutrition and the Nutrition Journal.
