5x Boeing BBJ 737 Aircraft Redelivered
Several Boeing BBJ 737 aircraft enter AMAC Aerospace's hangars each year for maintenance, and recently, five aircraft were successfully redelivered to their owners following the completion of their respective projects.
A head-of-state owned BBJ 737 underwent A1, A2, C1 and C2 along with structural repairs. In addition, the cabin interior received cosmetic enhancements to further elevate its appearance and quality.
Another head-of-state BBJ 737 arrived for A1, A2, C1, C2 and C3 checks, as well as 28-days, 6000-flight-hour and 15000-flight-hour inspections, and a privately owned BBJ 737 underwent 6-, 12-, 24-, 36-, and 72-month inspections. The latter also had all cabin lights upgraded to EQR LED lights. A second privately owned BBJ 737 came in for an A1 check.
The fifth BBJ 737 came to AMAC Aerospace for the first time to undergo heavy base maintenance, including A2, C4 and C5 inspections. During its stay, the aircraft also received interior modifications, including the installation of additional power outlets in the VVIP section.
The aircraft was redelivered on time and within budget to a very pleased customer, who stated: “Excellent collaboration from the team that was involved in this project”.
