AMAC Aerospace Turkey: 12-Year Inspection and Redelivery of Airbus A320-200
AMAC Aerospace is pleased to have successfully completed a 12-year inspection and redelivery of an Airbus A320-200 at the hangars in Bodrum, Turkey. This aircraft is the sixth successfully completed redelivery under this ongoing project.
The scope of work included tail jack repair, cabin reconfiguration and removal and installation of an engine. In addition, modifications to the galley and lavatory were completed, along with removal and installation of the elevator, thrust reverser and cargo compartment. The bleed stage repair, which is part of the engine’s pneumatic system and high-pressure compressor section, was carried out and certified by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
