AMAC Aerospace Turkey: 2-Month Inspection Performed on Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy
In early November, AMAC Aerospace conducted a 2-month inspection of a Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy, accompanied by flight control tasks at the hangars in Istanbul, Turkey.
The long term customers crew reported that the radio altimeter system occasionally issued warnings. Therefore, AMAC Aerospace’s skilled team performed operational tests and replaced the radio altimeter antennas as a precaution.
A failure was also reported in the bleed air supply system and the team found that one of the pressure-reducing valves was not closing properly. They replaced this part as well and the fault cleared.
Lastly, the team performed necessary hydraulic, oxygen and nitrogen servicing, along with some other scheduled airframe tasks.
