AMAC Aerospace Turkey: 2x Maintenance Inputs Conducted on Falcon F7X

In June, AMAC Aerospace Turkey welcomed a long term customers Dassault Falcon F7X twice to the hangar in Istanbul. On the first visit, AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s Istanbul team performed a troubleshooting due to a CAS message indicating a hydraulic pump failure. They replaced the unit with a serviceable one. During the maintenance, another CAS message appeared, revealing that the slat extend switch was faulty. This was also replaced. Lastly, scheduled line maintenance activities were performed.

A week later, the aircraft returned due to a ground parking failure that the operator had observed from time to time, and they requested troubleshooting. AMAC Aerospace Turkey performed the necessary servicing and adjustments, as well as replacing the hydraulic quick disconnect coupling’s pressure line due to leakage.
