AMAC Aerospace Turkey: AOG Support on Dassault Falcon 900EX EASy in Erbil
AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s Istanbul team received a request from Dassault Falcon via the ASC network when a new customer’s Dassault Falcon 900EX EASy aircraft experienced an AOG situation in Erbil, Iraq. The starter generator did not engage during engine start, so AMAC Aerospace immediately sent the goTEAM to support the aircraft that same evening. The necessary actions were taken and the aircraft was returned to service the next day.
The operator was very pleased with the support and stated: “I wanted to say a big thank you for your support and for your colleagues help in Erbil. You saved us. Many thanks for jumping to help a plane in need and for your professionalism!”
