AMAC Aerospace Turkey: Defect Rectification of Engine on Dassault Falcon F900EX EASy

At the end of July, AMAC Aerospace opened its hangar doors in Istanbul, Turkey, to a long term customer’s Dassault Falcon F900EX EASy. The aircraft was experiencing high pressure valve failure in its engine, prompting the operator to ground the aircraft for defect rectification.

AMAC Aerospace’s team ordered a new part on AOG basis. Although the hangar in Istanbul was already full, AMAC Aerospace organized extra shifts over the weekend in order to accommodate the aircraft. They also took advantage of the ground time and perform out-of-phase work on the airframe and engine.

The aircraft was released in a very short ground time. The managing director was pleased with the support and stated: "I sincerely appreciate your continued efforts and dedication in consistently ensuring the highest standards in the maintenance of our Falcon aircraft."
